Welcome to our online appointment scheduler:
This feature allows patients to make their own appointments with either Dr. Deaver, Dr. Yiannias, or our Hygenist, Rachel, without needing to contact our office directly.
The appointments can be made within 3 days prior to the appointment date requested. Also appointments canceling and rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days prior to your appointment.
If you have made an appointment and have less than 3 days until it and desire to cancel or reschedule it, please contact our office by telephone.
This appointment system gives you several options in scheduling appointments options:
For Dr. Deaver and Dr. Yiannias please follow these options:
1) 30 Minute appointments are to be used for patients that require a routine cleaning or have a dental emergency.
2) 40 minute appointments are to be used by new patients and those that require simple fillings, or deep cleanings.
3) 60 minute appointments or longer are available but you will be informed by your Doctor which part of your treatment requires this type of care.
For the Hygenist, Rachel, please follow these options:
1) 50 Minute appointments are to be used for patients that require a regularly scheduled cleaning and exam (For example a 6 month check up).
2) 60 minute appointments are to be used by new patients, that are coming in for the first time for an exam and a cleaning.
3) 90 minute appointments are for patients that require deep cleanings .
Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation email on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends.
